http://www.slysoft.com/en/anydvd.html Free download. Run this in the back ground when you use Shrink(or whatever your using). Good luck!

Thanks always to the ones who take there time to help, to the others...go F-yourselfs!

@chadchrys
Decrypter should be able to handle this one. The error you received usually means the disc is dirty,scratched or a bad press.
Try cleaning of the disc and try again - imo decrypter is one of the best rippers w/ problem (scratched,dirty etc) discs.
If doing a full disc backup - try movie only.
Here's a guide for hard to rip discs that may help:

You can also try dvdfab decrypter (like dvd decrypter).
If all fails you may need to exchange it for a new one.

..even DVD Shrink will do either Shrek movie on it's lonesome, no need for AnyDVD as there's no funny business with these (excellent) films, see binkie7's reply..

Easy puppy - just rolls over and wants to play - done with Shrink only.

Would suggest that you may have a damaged disk.

I'm with the others, nothing special on this disc. You may have a bad press.
