ok i just got christmas with the kranks try 2 make a copy with shirink i hit open discand it has shrink encountered an error and can not countinue failed to read file'e\' the parameter is incorrect so i tryed dvdfab and it say get dvd information fail 4096 and tryed dvd decrypter and it only goes to 93 percent be for it sayes there is a error and asked 2 skip it or abort it or ingoer it so i try clone dvd it it sayed the the disc it dirt and needs 2 be clean os took the dvd back got another one and still say the same thing wit tham all again so some one please help tell me that i am not alone and help me

I'm pretty sure that you have run into one of the newer copy protection schemes that DVD Decrypter and DVD Shrink are not able to crack. DVD Decrypter and DVD Shrink are no longer being updated.

You need to consider trying AnyDVD & CloneDVD 2. They are both up to date and it looks like they will be supported in the future.

This movie can be done easily with DVD Shrink - no special protections - would suggest that you may have a damaged original
