been using shrink for some time now just wondering is ther a way to take out eather the wide screen or full screen version of the movie. if anyone knowes please post . thanks

Use Shrink in re-author mode and just move your Title over and then proceed. Here are some guides

Yes you can do it, do not use re-author, but open the whole file and then go into your settings under compression and substitute what you take with still images, then you can keep the menu.
