Hi,

I just tried to burn an episode of Lost I downloaded from a torrent site onto DVD with NeroVision Express and the DVD goes really fast and it's shakey. It's really annoying to watch because it makes you kind of dizzy.

Is this the avi file or did I choose the wrong settings?
My DVD player is: Region Free DVD Player Multi Region PAL NTSC 110 220 Volts Progressive

Try convert the AVI into dvd compliant format with e.g. VSO (free version), then burn with e.g. Nero:

You should also pay attention to the basics: Good media, slow burning (2-4x) etc..
