Get some quality media like taiyo yuden/verbatim/japanese sony-fuji-or maxell.

Reduce that backup target.You're burning the edge of the disc and it's the area where the error occurs-7-8 mins into the burn.

Slow it down to 4x!

Uninstall those ide ata/atapi controller drives like konfused1 posted. Looks like poor quality media is being burned too fast.
5 or so burn errors in a row can revert those dma's to pio mode for safety purposes.
