i've tried some genesis and snes emulators and they were not even worth playing rpgs on, but maybe there is some GB or NES that plays fullspeed?

For Genesis I use PSP Genesis and it plays very well. Not sure if it's full speed, but very close to it. For NES use NesterJ. It plays perfectly.

If you download Snes9x_TYL v0.2c and tweak the setings alittle you can have most SNES games running almost flawlessly. The best Sega emulator out right now is Dgen PSP v1.11, and it works really good. For NES use NesterJ and gameboy use RIN. All of those run at almost full speed, if you download the newest versions.
