Usually, when one has lots of rars or zips (or any other compressed files) numbered from 00 and up, that means the big file inside of all of those little copressed files was split into many small pieces. If thats a movie youre trying to acquire, you first need to upack. Right click on 00 rar file and set RAR to start unpacking. The program should continue doing so with all other files until you get whatever was packed inside.

You can do that or just double click on the first RAR file in the list and choose to extract. Place the file being extracted into a place where you wont forget so you can get to it after it extracts it to your hard drive.
Example:
movie.rar00
movie.rar01
movie.rar02
movie.rar03
movie.rar04
You would choose the movie.rar00 to double click and extract. Once it gets done extracting and you have your file or files that it extracted you will then beable to burn the image to disc.
As of quility of movies you download it will deppend on what format the film is in. You have a few diffrent formats (Xvid, DivX, DVD, AVI, VCD etc etc) diffrent formats have diffrent compressions. Of course DVD(IFO VOB) would be the best quility for movies but would be larger to download and take more time. Where DivX, Xvid etc etc are lower quility and would be quicker to download.
Also if you download a DVD quility movie make sure that the source is from a retail DVD. Some people will use AVI, DivX, Xvid etc etc files as the source and convert them to DVD format then upload them saying its a DVD-RIP. Doing this will not make the quility of the DVD any better. In most casses the quility would degrade even more. So if your going to put the time in to download a large torrent file make sure its worth the time your putting in it.

AVI files are files that are recoded to a lower quility so the files will be smaller and download quicker around 200mg to around 1gig. But if you want DVD quility then the file will be bigger around 4gig and will be in DVD Format but DVD quility.

Bin files are image files. You can either burn them to disc with your burrning software.
If you want the files from the BIN file for editing or joing the files togther then use a program like ISObuster to extract the files from the BIN (image file).
