I got PST Phone Programmer to work and enabled the Java App. Uploader. But when I use Midway, I can't get that to work. First of all, in device manager in my phone it said the maximum port speed was 230400 and it was COM6, but Midway the highest is 115200. So I tried to send the JAD file and it worked fine and the on my phone it showed the app data and I selected download on my phone. Then on Midway, it said sending JAR file, and then it failed. Then I tried to change it on my phone in device manager to 115200, so it would match with Midway, but then Midway kept showing an error that read cannot find serial port. I couldn't send the JAD to my phone. I somehow got it to finally let me get to the Java App. Loader on my phone without displaying the error, but when I sent the Jad it worked, but then again when I went to download on my phone, it couldn't open the JAR file so the download failed.

I don't know what to do next.
