if i was to just take it and write an iso and burn the iso with dvd decrypter would it work? or to back it up successfully i have to do alot more to it?

the image isnt big and can fit on a standard dvd sized 4.7

I have a Matrix Infinity and this game gave me some trouble. It would play but skip badly. I assume you're using Swap Magic, if your thinking of rebuilding. I rebuilt it with Nero and Isobuster and burned at 2x on 8x Maxell DVD-R's, and it works great.

Try a straight burn with DVD Decrypter, then worry about rebuilding. Rebuilding seems intimidating, but it's actually not that bad.

1. Q. How do I burn PS2 games?
A. Use DVD Decrypter. Guide: http://www.angelfire.com/games6/easytutorial/dvddec/dvddec.html Burn at 4x on an 8x DVD-R.

2. Q. Does the type of media I use matter?

If you're too lazy to read, use Taiyo Yuden, Verbatim, Ritek, Sony, TDK, Maxell, Sony or Phillips DVD-R's. Avoid Memorex, Staples, Imation, etc.
