I am having problems authoring mpeg2 files,sometimes when i use TMPGEnc DVD Author or DVD-lab PRO and then burn the end result to dvd disc i get a conehead effect when i play the movie on my dvd player,that is the movie seems stretched.I think this happens mainly when i authorize widescreen movies.My conversion method is convert avi file to mpeg2 file using Total Video Converter,then i authorize using DVD Author or DVD-lab PRO,then i burn to disc.After i convert avi to mpeg2 the bars are at the top and bottom of the movie when i play back,but after i authorize it,then burn it and then playback on my dvd player,then bars disappear as if the whole file has been stretched during the authoring process and i get stretched heads.Can anyone please help me a tell me what i am doing wrong...thanks
