dose anyone know how i can play my ps2 on my monitor , or is there sum sort of a pci device i could use to link my ps2 to my computer due to the sound card and things like that.

Yes there is a computer monitor to television converter and it has AV in ports and stuff.
It is called a SUNWIN Unit, look it up on google.
