Lite-On LVW-5005 DVD Recorder VS

Toshiba D-R4 Multi-Drive DVD Recorder

one thing i don't understand is the tv tuners. are they build into the unit and if so i hear that the tv turner on the lite-on isn't that good can some please help me i am new to this and was just wondering what way to go...

One more thing when hooking up the dvd recorder do u just hook the dvd recorder to the bell expressvu box...i am not sure how to hook them up any info on this would be great as well
