Ok guys this has been an on going problem for a while and i'm finally at a point where I am out of ideas. So heres how my problem spells out:
1. Xbox V1.0, Thompson Disk Drive, Standard xbox 10GB HD
2. X3 Chip, LCD Screen, Proswitch, 2 USB ports
Probelm at hand One day I turned on my xbox and it didn't boot to unleash X so I decided well let me boot to the Chip (ie: hold down white button) Well I did and nothing happened. I just sat at the Custom Xbox logo screen where it says xecuter rocks my box at the bottom. It had all the colors I edited the screen to look like still there and everything. Alright so the next suggestion I got was to reflash it....now after much strugle and many wasted CD-Rs I finally wired my box to my router and got an IP adress on the flah bios screen. Ok so i took the 3294 Bios which i got off xbins (renamed it to BIOS.bin) and uploaded and flashed it. Don't worry flash protection was off and the 1234 1MB bank was selected. So from my xbox screen it looked like it eerased the old BIOS that was on that bank and replaced it with this. Ok so i thought i was in the clear there. But no I restarted it after the flash and still no it doens't want to boot to the BIOS. GRRR. Ok now i started to get out of ideas. Here are a few more details though that might help you understand.
1: I don't have an MS dash every time i boot to it i get an error 13 (i know i don't have one this is not a suprise as it was somehow deleted)
2: The indicator light is always light Blue meaning on and opperational
3: I can play games on the xbox
4: The LCD screen works and says what I had last configured it to before having this problem.
5: I attempted to reflash the Chip to the other 1MB bank with still no suscess.
6: I did not install the mods. www.modchipsource.com did that for me. So when it comes to a bad chip or soulder issues I don't know anything about that or what to look for (or even disassembly for that matter)
PLEASE ANY ADVICE OR SUGGESTION ON WHAT MY NEXT MOVE IS HERE!!!!???
