How do you find your goodmans?
My wife says santa's bringing me the same 1,What do you think of it,
I am assuming the I-Link connection is for straight transfer of dv camcorders,Have you tried it yet.

Hi, Dougal58.

Thnaks for the links, Yep it appears to be region free.... you would have thought I would have tried that for myself..... duh!!!
The machine seems to be very good but the opnly thing is i'm not very technical and setting it up was hard and I still dont think its right..
I'd be happier if I could find out if it can record one prg whislt watching another.
The machine its self really looks the part.
I havent tried the dv link or any of the other inputs yet.
My next attempt will be to try and hook my laptop up to it via the s video link....

Here's hoping.
