I just downloaded DVD Shrink and DVD Decrypter and can't get DVD Shrink to work. I started analyzing "Spanglish" and the analysis stops at 37% with the following readings: Decryption Status: 97:12:14:F2; Rate: 2088Kbs/sec; Analysis Frames/sec: 117.0; Time Remaining: 1 min 19 sec. Is the problem with the movie, the program or my computer?

Problem is not with your computer or with the movie. Problem is with the limitation of software that is no longer being updated for newer copy protection schemes.
You can try latest version of DVD Decryptor to rip in file mode, then open in shrink, save to iso and burn with decryptor (or save to Video TS files and burn with Nero).
DVD Decryptor is no longer being updated but is more recent than Shrink and should work with Spanglish. A better choice would be to buy AnyDVD, which removes copy protection on the fly so that Shrink will see an "unprotected disk". AnyDVD is updated regularly.
