DVD Decrypter Hangs and won;t complete task

I have a few DVDs that DVD decrypter will not completely decode
it will hang at a certain point and will not complete. Any suggestions?

We need the entire error message you are getting. The name of the movie would help too.

Sorry, I'll run it again to produce the message, but I know that on
Are we there yet? Decrypter will get to a certain section and the read will fail and it will retry until it just gives up and then
asks me to retry, ignore or skip the file

Make sure the original is free of dirt, smudges, and scratches before redoing.
Open DVD Decrypter and go to tools, settings, and I/O tab. Make sure ingore read errors is checked like so

The movie title is below. It should be " Are We There Yet" but it was written Are we there yet. It is one of those Optical Illusions . LOL

The server is slow at times tonight and when it seems like you did not hit reply you really did 2X. Done and been there but hopefully we can get MZeus going

I'm going to download the other software you recommended today, until then....
