i own a 30gb ipod video and have downloaded lost season1 episodes and placed it into my ipod. each episode is about 40mins long and it is usually 350mb. Now i bought the dvds of the whole season of lost and i want to get all those movies into my ipod with the same file size (350mb) can anybody help me with this what do i do step by step?

ok thanks a lot.. i just hope i can get it to be as low as 350mb without sacrificing quality so much. in the internet i downloaded files with such size and they're very clear. wonder how they do that

The files are converted to the smaller size. They seem clear because they are viewed on a small screen but if viewed on a larger screen you will see the difference
