Just asking as I searched the forms... I put the disc in and load it up as per the directions, I have a flip top so then I get to the menu of game breaker and hit start game. Then it tells me to insert cd and hit any button to continue. Then is just sits at the loading screen and never loads my games. I am using backup PS games that work 100% on my PSone and I even tried some real import jap games and it still sits at the loading screen!

SO again

I insert the cd
turn on the ps2
wait for the menu
select start game
take the breaker pro cd out
put in ps backup
hit x

then the game just sits on "loading cd" and does nothing


what the hell am I doing wrong? Please help!!

I use Nero for my games but did burn one according to a Faq I saw here on AD and still nothing.

I have a v7 ps2 and the tv mode (ntsc) is correct.

I do see the ps load screen and then the breaker pro menu just fine, it just wont load anything and I made sure my lens was clean and it works 100% with real and backup ps2 games!

Please help if you can

im assuming you are using the flip top tool to open and close the ps2 when swapping discs

I've had the Breaker Pro sit there for almost 3 minutes before a game loaded. Sometimes it won't load at all and then I re-tried and it loaded on the 3rd or 4th try. My Action Replay loads the backups much faster but doesn't load them all and that's when I'll use Breaker Pro. One thing I can think of is CD-Rs are the hardest thing for the PS2 laser to read and maybe yours is having problems with then. Do PS2 CD-R games load?

Hey thanks, I left it going and it took a while but did load, although not all games... it wont load my import of MGS but does load up my Dracula X... its a version 7 and it has been played to death so maybe it's just getting old. Thanks Memnock, raiden300 for the help!
