How to breakup a Huge MPEG file to .VOBs?

I copied one of my protected VHS tapes thru my video capture card but it's in one big MPEG file. Is there any way to break this up into vobs, like an movie DVD? Any suggestions would be greatly appreicated. Thanks

Any DVD Authoring program should be able to do it for you. If you have Nero, try NeroVision. Otherwise there's a bunch of programs available.

Thanks. I've Nero but it's OEM and I don't think Nerovision will work.

I have had success in the past using NeroVisionExpress3, you can down load free version from this link http://www.nero.com/nero6/eng/nero-up.php only need package 2 for a link on how to use it go to
