Installing DMS4 Lite Modchip

Ok, I just recieved the Modchip and need to know where i can get a good step by step instructions on how to instal it. I also need someone to tell me what i need to instal this chip properly. I personaly am not that great with this but i have someone who is extremly good with it. Please just someone tell me how or give me a place that gives good instructions on the instalation of a DMS4 Lite Modchip for the Playstation 2. Version 3 . And what equipment i will be needing

Are you going to chip it or someone else, PS2s motherboard are very fragile.
