I'm only new to this forum,but can anyone tell me how to use dvd shrink to back up red disks?.Every time I try to copy a red disk dvd shrink hangs.Latest disk to fail is "Christmas with the Kranks".All other movies are fine it's just the RED ONES that don't work?Any info would be greatly recieved.

i had exactly the same problem, shrink didn't let me copy red disks, the solution is to simply use DVD Decrypter. Once burned to the hard drive you can use the open disk image option in shrink or burn it with decrypter.
