WinHiip 1.7.3 problem

I am using this program to move images on and off my ps2 HDD. Sometimes when I open WinHiip 3/4 of the games are saying Bad Partition with a 0mb file size. I am wondering why it is giving me these errors. I keep backups of all my ps2 game images so it doesnt take long to put them back on but I dont know why it keeps giving me this error. It also happens to my friends drive.

Any ideas??
