Hi can someone help me plz i'm trying to rip this dvd for 3day's now :(

I want 2 episode's on 1 dvd (this works)
but now comes the tricky part i want to have the menu on it.
but i don't understand how to get it on the dvd.
I have tried all sort of things.
This is what i do:
1: I rip the complete dvd with DVD-DECRYPTER
2: I create a new .IFO with ifoedit
3: put in the audio and subtitles
4: put in the correct HEX for subtitles
5: At this point i can get VTS Sectors
and use DVD2ONE

But i will not have the menu with this.
So can someone tell me how to put it in there plz ?

BTW:there is this option to merge the menu table in ifoedit but how does this work?
i tried it like this:
i opened my new ifo and then tools, merge menu tables, then selected the original ifo.
but nothing seems to happen when i use PLAY DVD it still starts with the movie, not the menu
