I'm thinking of buying a flip-top clear case for the ps2, but then I got to thinking, in the pictures there are no connections between the clear case and the reset and eject button. Now I can understand not needing the use of an eject button, but how would you get the reset button to work then? In my v4 ps2, the reset and eject buttons are part of the top part of the case and are connected to the main section by some thin wiring. Are you suppose to take this off somehow and put it in the new clear case? Am I totally lost here?

Heres a pic of the case I want to get:

here are some instructions, http://www.ps2cover.com/coverinstallation.jpg

you just take it out of the original cover and clip it into the new one (do not pinch or break the wiring).
