First download DVD Decrypter and DVD Shrink. Then check out the guides on this site. Just click on the "Guides" tab on the top of the screen.

Also, there is an easy to follow guide by Alkohol:

For harder to copy movies (Sony), try out DVDFab Decrypter and DVD Shrink. If that fails, get a trial of AnyDVD and CloneDVD2. Check out the software section to find the software.
