soul calibur iii problem in winrar

i was using winrar to extract soul calibur iii (.001, .002 files) and i pressed extract and when it was nearly finished this message came up: WinRAR: Diagnostic Messages
There is not enough space on the disk.
(yellow triangle with exlamation point in the middle) Write error: only NTFS file system supports files larger than 4 GB. i have enough space on my hard drive, so i dont know what the problem is. if anyone does, that would be great

The drive that you are trying to extract the game to is in FAT or FAT32. It needs to be in NTFS in order for it to work.

This is how you can change your drive to NTFS:

Open command prompt and type the following:
convert driveletter /fs:ntfs "press enter"
drive letter = c: d: e: etc. (whatever drive you want to convert)

You will also want to back up anything important that is on that drive before you convert it.

thanks, that worked great, but how do i change the drive back to FAT32

I'm not exactly sure, but I think you can just follow the same steps and replace "NTFS" with FAT32". Somebody please correct me if I'm wrong.

By the way, is there a reason that you want to switch back to FAT32?

yea i use my mac ibook g4 as my main computer and i was just using my pc for WinRAR to extract the files but i cant access my pc through my mac if its in ntfs. i tried doing it the same way just with FAT32 but it didnt work. idk maybe i did something wrong but if anyone knows how...
