you can download DVD2ONE. That works great on joining the 2 VOB files together. I recently backup DBZ animation DVDs for my son. So I riped the movie VOB's off multipule DVDs and joined them togther with DVD2one and it worked great.

its rather easy.Herses a start for you.

1.CREATE a folder on your hard drive.
2.Put the 1st dvd in your dvd rom/burner
3.explore the disc by right clicking the burner/rom drive where your disc is located
4.WHEN the next screen comes up and displays both the audio_ts/video_ts folders, just hilight both folders and copy and paste those files to your hard drive.
5.once that part is completed rename the folder the name of the movie. When you click on that folder, the next screen is your audio_ts/video_ts folders.

Now repeat the same process but this time put the 2nd dvd movie in your burner/rom and do the exact same steps again. You will end up with 2 movies on your hard drive.

Now the fun begins.

Do you know how to use the reauthor functions of shrink.?
Basically the same way you put 1 movie on , by drop and drag but this time do it with both movies ,one under the other, then select backup.

Follow all the prompts etc and shortly you will have 2 movies on one disc .The 1st one will run and when completed wait 5 seconds and the 2nd one will start. Now shrink doesnt do menus but you can always load the 2 folders into TMPGEnc dvd author, then create menus etc before you burn to dvd disc.

Have fun
