I have DVD X copy platinum version V.4.03.8. I have used it for a while with minimal problems. Now all of sudden reading and writing discs takes about half the normal time and they do not work correctly when finished. Thee discs freeze up or skip when I play them. Why would it strart doing this all of a sudden? PLEASE HELP!!!

you may need to get better dvd discs ...i had same prob ,brought different dvd media now have no probs....if u try and no diff try lense cleaner..............VERBATIM are one of the best
