i go through the process of burning a movie with shrink ...but when i put my disc in it says checking for discs even though there is a disc in the drive ...also it says media unknown...can someone please help

As far as I am aware you have to nominate which burning program you want to use with DVDShrink, either Nero or DVD Decrypter. Go to Edit>>preference and select
