Using ILO 04 hacked. Hooked up to DVD/VCR combo with A/V cords and S-Video for backing up my VHS and DVDs. I've just noticed that I'm getting some flickering in the brighter parts of the picture. I didn't notice this before. What do you think is causing it? Is it detecting the Macrovision? If so should I re'flash the system? Or is it the magnetic field - maybe poor positioning of the equipment? Bad cables?

I thought I'd ask your opinions before start tearing everything apart. Little things like this bug me till I do something about it. Not to mention that I don't want to copy the flickering to my copies. LOL Just call me compulsive. ;)
