I just backed up my copy of Stealth using CloneDVD2 and AntDVD without any problems, but when I try to back up another movie (Christmas with the Clanks) I get this error message;
unable to read video files from
D:VIDEO_TS
D:VIDEO_TS/VTS_06_0IF:read error
the parameter is incorrect
Now I can't get any DVDs to work, what have I done?

Try shutting down your system and rebooting.
Do you have the latest version of AnyDVD 5.5.4.1?

Yes I do have the latest version(11/14/05) of Any DVD, but that program isn't the problem. It's in the CloneDVD2 program, and yes I have rebooted several times.(3)
I tried another program 1Click, got 47% done reading before I developed read errors, Damn Sony anyway!!

@beastgre, You know that's the joy of having multiple progs. I would try Decrypter and place the files on HD and then use one of the programs...I did this with Stealth.

thats one of the errors when ye try to rip if the movie file from a previous was still left in the rip folder.
did ye have this checked,delete temp video files after writing..in clonedvd..
check the clonedvd temp folder..also if i was you i would set up another temp folder for clonedvd on c:/ drive.and direct clone to the new temp folder..

My program, CloneDVD2 will just not reconize this movie as a DVD, I have tried three different disks without any results.

Well I solved my problem and now I kinda feel stupid. One thing I didn't think about was my DVD rom (Liteon SOHD-16P9S). This was the culprit all along, because when I switched the reading duties to my burner, everything was alright and I was able to back the movie up. I'll just never know which movies to use my DVD player on to read with Sony's protection schemes.
