Hi people,

I hope someone can help me :)
I got this dvdcam (with dvd-ram disc) 6 months ago and till this day I cannot transfer my images to any computer. The software that came with the camera does not work. Will not open anything. There is some error (with the nice long number). I followed the checklist provided by the manufacturer to fix the problem. re-installed everything many times ....and still nothing. The dvd-ram discs will also not work directly on dvd drive.
I have Dell PIII desktop with windows XP professional, Toshiba satellite laptop (also XP), Mac iMac G5, with Os X 10.3.9 and the software does not work with any of them. It installs on windows systems but that's all it does.....
