need a bit more info and this post should be in a diff. forum..but, nevertheless...what is your make and model of dvd burner? we know that you are using the 8x DVD-R RitekG05s (i have a lot of success with these personally)...are you using only DVD Decrypter to read and write? or other programs too? need more info and i can assist you further...also what speed are you burning at? from what you've stated so far, it's pointing to your burner finally giving out on you or perhaps something else...need more details. :)

kivory666,
Can you post a PIE/PIF scan of one of your G05s just to compare with mine?

burner sony DVD + - rw 16x
using DVD Decrypter -when attempting to burn, the error message says ( there doesn't appear to be enough space on the disc to burn this image) when in the shrink mode I remove all sub titles and unwanted languages, I also remove all credits front and back. the media is fuji 4.7 mb. Iv'e been burning shorter movies with ease it seems movies around two hours give me problems. The sectors are larger than the disc size. The error message is I/O error Scsi status ox02 interpratation check condition. additional error is invalid field in cdb. Need help

as U can see above the burner I have. I now am half way there I use DVDshrink and burn with DVDD. I can burn a completed backup movie with cheap maxell made by Hatachi-Maxell rgo3 but it won't burn a completed one using Ridata-Riteck G05. A window pops up and one of the lines in it says "check condition." Anyone have any suggestions?

Make sure your f/w is up to date. A dvdd log would be helpful.
