sorry bout the double post but if the part that i told u with the Alcohol 120% doesnt work when u try to boot the game use this
http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/252193 14. Q. How do I burn PS2 CD-ROM based games?
A. Use Alcohol 120%. Open Alcohol 120%. Open the image you want to burn. Right click image making wizard. Set the read speed to 1x, check ignore read errors, fast skip error blocks, set the write Method to DAO/SAO, select your recorder, set the write speed to 4x, and set the datatype to PS2. Click next. Once the image is created, right click it and go to image burning wizard. Set the write speed to 4x, the write method to DAO/SAO, the data type to PS2, and select your recorder, click next.
i hope that helps.

and 1 more thing the most important thing is o set the write method to DAO/SAO even if u cant get the datatype to ps2 and have it at DAO/SAO so just leave it to DAO/SAO and try to burn at the lowest speed possible and once u have that done u shouold b good to go.

thanx man, but 1 more question, this has to be done on a cd-r right?
does cd-r media quality matter as much as DVD-R media?
I use (¯`·._.·[Verbatim]·._.·´¯)
Verbatim 8x 4.7gb DVD-R ======(P/N:94971)=======

I use (¯`·._.·[Taiyo Yuden]·._.·´¯)
Taiyo Yuden 8X 4.7gb DVD-R ===(P/N:TYG02)=======

well ppl say yes it does matter and i agree with them but if u cant afford to use the expencive media use wat u have. u can always just burn it to a better quality cd-r media when u get it.
and as for u dunno2 this isnt piracy am just helping the guy with a problem. who am i to judge him or u to judge me or any1 else for that matter. did u ever stop and think for a second that maybe he owns the orignal copy of the game and it got broken if thats the case do u still think that would be piracy. all this forum is about is helping, wat u do with the information is up to u. u would be surprise to know wat is consider piracy and wat isnt. i wouldnt be surprise if u MR high and mighty did some of those things considered piracy also.
