Well there's no chance of becoming a monerator ;)
There is little chance you becoming a mod just on the points you stated above. I am in no position whatsoever to judge what/when/who/where/why/how people become moderators. But if you wish to do so in the future, I'd suggest just being a good member, handing out lot's of advixe and doing a lot to help out the forums.
But, like I say, It's not really my place to say.
(though a six figure sum paid to afterdawn would certainly put you in the mix ;)

by asking this question, you've already proven that you're not mod material, dr. cool. this query suggests that you're power hungry and very controlling. also, no matter what, the odds are extraordinarily against you. we have several thousand members for every one mod.

see my point? at this point, to become a mod, one would have to have 3+ years of incredible service, impeccable behavior, well over 6 thousand good posts, and a sense of justice that can't be beat. apparently, 1 in 17600 possess that here :D

Knowing how to spell or having a very good translator program would be a start.
Other than that, follow the advice of the above people. Or be as ruthless as some of the more infamous people whose last names were something like "Hitler" or "Stalin".
Maybe this should be in Safety Valve?

that point was brought up earlier when i first joined 3 or so years ago.Submissions brought a pay system into there site and well i think they lost a few members over it but how many people will leave when they realise that they have to pay to use the info.I guess only the regulars who have been here would be the ones who understand that to run a site like this that it does take shit tins of money to keep it going.I hate to imagine the amount of bandwith you guys use per month..i COME HERE to help and if i cant contribute money then i'm more than happy to contribute my time............
