Swap Magic CD isn't working

I've just received my Swap Magic 3.6 for PS2. The DVD version works great I've used it to back up several different titles and they all work perfectly.
Everytime I try and use the Swap Magic CD disc, the PS2 won't recognize it. I've tried it on a brand new Slim PS2 and one of the much older generations, and in both cases, it won't be recognized as a PS2 disk. Any ideas as to why this might be and it can work?

If you just bought it try contacting the place you bought it from. Maybe its a bad disc and get it replaced.

i had this problem befor with the cd version of swap magic 2.0

the DVD-R of swap magic works fine

it's just weird the way it is

all i can say is buy a brand new swap magic

Alot of people have trouble getting there backup PS2-CD to load. I am 1 of those people. This is actully a commen problem.

The fix for it is to convert the PS2-CD to a PS2-DVD. I have done this with every PS2-CD and have had succsses with every one I converted to PS2-DVD. Just load it with your Swap Magic DVD disc after converting it.
