Is my xbox toast??? PLZ HELP ME!!! PLEASE!!!

Ive been everywhere with my xbox so far!!! Between softmodding it, screwing up the dashboard, all that good stuff. I just got done softmodding my xbox again with Softmod Installer Deluxe 3 (so I can use Auto Installer Deluxe.) I put the A.I.D. DVD in. It booted it up. Then I tried to install the MS Dashboard again and I got an error message that didn't say anything in the box. So then I tried to install some other dashboards, I kept getting error messages. So me the clever one (wink wink) decided to format my C and E drives thinking it would fix the errors. I tried to install the dashboard again but still kept getting error messages. I took out the disk (BIG no no) not realizing that the softmod wasn't on my xbox anymore. I tryed putting the DVD back in... Wouldn't boot up. Then I booted up my Splinter Cell game again and the saves were all deleted. Now im stuck with no dashboard, no gamesaves, or anything! I tried to FTP again but I couldn't. Now I can't change settings or anything! If I could just FTP I could fix everything! I have a backup of my E drive on my computer. Another thing - would it be possible for me to get on xbox live? Ive been trying to but it never works, I tried to go to the trouble shooter but all it did was restart the xbox pretty much and it brought back the game.

Is there anything I can do???
