The way I did it was using DVDFABDECRYPTER and VOBBLANKER. Works like a charm.
1st.Decrypt with Fab decrypter.
2nd.Open files with Vobblanker and create A destination for your new project.Ex. Madagascar (folder name)
3rd.Let Vobblanker do it's thing then once it is complete open up Shrink and the Madagascar folder and presto it will begin to analyze perfectly.
Good Luck

FYI:
DVDFab has just been updated.....
(11/18/2005) Version 2.9.5.8 Updated!
Change: Added support for a new protection as found on "Madagascar" (US).
It's not a Sony movie, but the protection is almost same with Sony ARccOS.
"ARccOS? is the first and only available digital and dynamic DVD-Video copy control which effectively prevents unauthorized DVD copying on PC. ?Our customers are pleased to finally have found a copy control solution for DVD-Video that protects their content successfully."
HAHAHAHAHAH!!!!!!!!

Try the trial vs of AnyDVD running in the background with DVD Shrink. In order to continue ripping dvd's people are most likely going to have to breakdown and spend some money on software to break the encryptions (anydvd). Everybody's been spoiled too long. I've never had problems ripping but purchased AnyDVD long ago.

i had a problem with madagascar originally,my first 2 attempts failed due to a shrink error while encoding.the movie analyzed fine, then when getting ready to encode an error would come up at %2 and said dvdshrink couldnt proceed.so i figured madagascars copyright protection was to strong for shrink alone,so i opened up DVD43,and had it running in the backround while using shrink, worked like a charm.
so in a nutshell
madagascar- ran DVD43 in the backround, ripped and encoded with shrink, burned with Nero.movie came out great.
peace

i did Madagascar effortlessly last night with DVDFab Decrypter 2.9.6.0 (free) then Shrunk with DVD Shrink as normal. what i did do was use my dvd-rom/cd-write combo drive (like io do for most of my ripping); didn't try to rip it on any of my dvd burners as i'd done the movie already but it's always nice to have a couple of optical drives..as if a movie won't play ball on one drive you always have a choice of drives to use..
