I used a Sanyo DVR to make the DVDs and now I would like to splice the DVDs together to make everything fit on a single disc. Also want to edit out some scenes and the commercials. I transfered the DVDs to my hard drive using DVD Decrypter thinking that I could edit them with Sonic MyDVD 5.3 Deluxe that came with computer. The files looked like this: VIDEO_TS.BUP, VTS_01_2VDB [6.09MB], VIDEO_TS.IFO etc, etc. Anyways they are not a supported file for MyDVD.

Do I need to convert the files to a different format? (and how) Should I be using some other program to edit those files?

Thanks
