lost burning on dvd audio codec problem

hey i want to burn lost on my panasonic s-295
but i have problem with some episodes
i can't view them :s and the episodes are with a xvid codec and ac3 dvm audio codec those i can't see on my dvd player
but the other ones are with mpeg-3 layer audio and xvid video codec and those i can see
sow how can i solve this?

i have now seen that the episodes with AC3 dvm audio codec are 700 mb and those that work 350
and also the resolution with those 700 mb episodes are 960x528
and those 350 are 608x336

hey i just encode those 700 mb episodes to 350 mb episodes
but now the sound is after the lips it's verry anoying :(
can someone tell me how to resize the resolution and not to encode the episode?
