How to convert vob files dvd Ntsc to Pal wide screen ?

Hi,

I need help.
I have a dvd original one with vob files on the pc the movie is Ntsc.
Now i burnt it and watched the dvd in my living room on my pioneer dvd player.
I burnt the vob files on dvd burner with nero.
Now in my dvd player i tried to change in the options to pal scan or wide screen but non worked.
I see it like ntsc narrow .
And i guess my tv is pal .
And i wonder if there is any program that i can burn the vob files with and it will automatic burn them like pal wide even if its ntsc ?
Or if there is any guide or something to convert all the vob files at once from ntsc to pal wide ?

Actually, if you have Nero Vision Express, you can set the video options by clicking 'More' at the bottom of the content screen.

Alternatively, you can set the video options and encode with VSO (free version), then burn with Nero:
