I have been using XCopy Plat. and have burned 10-15 DVD's successfully, and it only took 30-40 min. Now it takes 1 1/2 hrs to read the dvd, I'm then prompted to put in blank DVD, click start, it says it's writing, then within a minute or so it says it's finalizing, which has never completed. I have tried other DVD R/RW brands, use xp pro on a Dell Inspiron 9300, advice needed?

Check you DMA settings in Device Manager to make sure that they did not revert back to PIO mode.
