Help needed to burn discs

Ok I have a modchip and have downloaded and burned games before but only when you extract the files and the iso is there.
Revent downloads have not had the iso file when extracted and instead have a load of other stuff in the folders which i am not sure what to do with, can anyone help please.
As i said when i extract the iso it is simple but not all downloaded games come in that format and this is where i am struggling.
I have both nero and dvd decrypter.
Any help would be appreciated.

you should be a little more specific on the file names so someone can help you easier.

ok sorry...........here goes (if this makes any sense).

Irx files, pjs.cvm file, sles_535.42 file, txd files.

These have all come from Shadow the hedgehog on ps2 which i have downloaded.

It looks like you have all of the files split up instead of 1 iso file. You can just drag-and-drop these files into the Nero Burning Rom and burn it.
