I have a sony dvd burner double layer, it supports all the formats and dvd types, i have nero, dvd clone, dvd shrink, dvd decrypter, every single time i try to burn a dvd, any programm i use, tells me to insert a blank media on the drive, i have used 3 different brands of dvds, and DVD-R, and DVD+R, i was thinking on converting the dvd into avi, and then convert avi to dvd, but i can't find an easy to use programm, can some one help me please, i'm new at this, so i need alot of help.

lets go back a bit:

what are your pc stats?
what media are you using?
what seems to be the problem when you burn?
You mention Nero? have you got the log that you can produce for us?

As to why your question isnt answered well it could be dumb luck, as you only posted this one today, the day is still early.

O' i see you also posted it nearly 2x well , you might want tyo reconsider doing that in future and have a read of the forum, rules.

What is your burner model and firmware version?

What is the actual media that your are using? i.e. Maxell, Sony, Fuji, Memosux, etc.
