I hae tried everything..from CloneDVD2 to DVD Decrypter to DVD Fab..nothing works..it will just stop functioning after it encodes a few of the files..what do I have to do..what is the best method in burning this movie..its driving me crazy!

FINALLY GOT IT!!! Madagascar has been kickin' my BUTT for 3 days now! And after going thru most of the forums here at Afterdawn on the subject of burning the movie to DVD, I finally found the right combination to get it done! I JUST finished it and threw it into the DVD drive for my daughter, and it's working GREAT!. I've been burning movies for about a year and a half now using the old 'ANYDVDrunning in the background/DVDShrink for knocking out the encryption & shrinking process/then Burn to Nero', and I've only had a problem twice before where that combo didn't work....before now. Here's how it went to get Madagascar done:
1.) I had the latest copy of AnyDVD running in the background, waited for it to recognize the original DVD.
2.) Next I used DVDFabDecrypter (downloaded from this site) to rip the original DVD to my hd.
3.) Next I used VOB Blanker to remove invalid VOB files from the copy on my hd. (MUCH thanks to both codajohn&semid13)
4.) After VOB Blanker was finished (i used default settings, guys..didn't change anything but the name of the input directory and output directory..., I then used the ever faithful DVDShrink to shrink and rip the finished product to a blank DVD.
THAT'S IT!!!

Update AnyDVD to 5.5.5.1, run in background. Rip to HD with ripper of choice. Shrink and burn.
No problems. Tons of threads on this subject.

i used DVD Decrypter to burn it mode > ISO >write, then i used DVD Shrink and went to file > open disc image and open the .iso file MADAGASCAR, then i burned it to disc using DVD Decrypter again.
WORKED PERFECT (When i used shrink i burned the movie from the dream works screen and through the credits. I also burned the Penguins movie and special features onto another disc to have so the movie was 100%.

i used DVD Shrink with DVD43 running in the backround,then burned with Nero.decrypter is not necessary.came out great

yes.
Nero Recode2 or Shrink using deep analysis and AEC/ fabdecrypter or anydvd running in the background/ IMGBurn to burn/main movie only mode= perfect.

i did Madagascar effortlessly last night with DVDFab Decrypter 2.9.6.0 (free) then Shrunk with DVD Shrink as normal. what i did do was use my dvd-rom/cd-write combo drive (like io do for most of my ripping); didn't try to rip it on any of my dvd burners as i'd done the movie already but it's always nice to have a couple of optical drives..as if a movie won't play ball on one drive you always have a choice of drives to use..
