SonicStage ATRAC(3) conversion problem

Version 3.3

I just recently purchased a Sony D-NE320 PS BLK cd/MP3 player and I'm having problems with the transferring of some songs. I get the error "Not transferrable", even though the song(s) is already in my music library (PC harddrive).

BTW, this is to compress wma files into ATRAC(3) files and fit as much as 490 songs (assuming each song is 4 min's on average) onto one 700 mb cd-r.

Any help would be appreciated.
