I get the above message when I shut down my comp and it also says this program not responding end now or cancel. I uninstalled and reinstalled Anydvd, Clonedvd2 and Clonecd and still have problem. I have programs on 2 comps and am having no problems on other. Not sure if it is conected but I am having problems with DMA on this comp, settings say DMA is on but when I use DVDFab decrypter it says otherwise and it takes alot longer to back up DVD than on other comp where the 2 comps are very similar. I have removed drivers and let windows reinstall with no change. Running windows XPhome comp has recovery built into harddrive but not sure how to reinstall drivers from there. Thanks for any help copecope
