Can't register Stream box VCR... Help?

Hi. I'm trying to save RealTime and Quicktime video commercials cos I'm in advertising. Well I downloaded everything for StreamBox like it says to on this site. I even read the unofficial manual. I typed in the proxy server like this :

Host:172.16.0.140
Port: 8080

But this keeps coming up:
Error 407 connecting to server

It also does this if I uncheck the http box, if that means anything.

I don't know what I'm doing. What do I do next? Please help.
