How to put multiple movie files in a single DVD?

Suggest that I have a 3 episode of somekind of TV show, with subtitles,

Like:
123_Episode_1.avi
123_Episode_1.srt
123_Episode_2.avi
123_Episode_2.srt
123_Episode_3.avi
123_Episode_3.srt

If I want to convert and burn these files to a single DVD, which can be read from a standalone DVD player, with selective or unselective subtitle, Can anyone list a complete procedure? I would like to put each episode as separate chapter or something, so that i can switch within them.

I know I could combine the subs and the movie with TMPGenc (which will be result as unselect-able subtitle). After that, what do i do?

A simple way would be to use DVDSanta (just paste the AVI and the respective srt).
