hye..i just want to ask about my ps2...my ps2 cant play new game,when i go to shop the owner advice me to upgrade my ps2 to play that game...upgrade i mean change my ps2 'IC'...is that true???

oh, now that's just mean :)

I have no idea what you mean by "IC"
but the game should play. I have a V7 and never had a problem
with it playing any BOUGHT games.
The only upgrades i have had to make to either of mine was so that
it would play back up games.
